The Hang Event Space offers two versatile venue rooms in Wong Chuk Hang, each with about 2,200 sq. ft. of usable event space. The venue is suitable for a wide range of events and can be adapted to match your preferred setup, flow, and event theme.

With Kitchen

Room 1

Room 1 is a 2,200 sq. ft. event space that includes a well-equipped kitchen. It is suitable for private gatherings, workshops, product showcases, catered events, lifestyle events and customised event concepts that benefit from kitchen access.

Room 2 is also about 2,200 sq. ft. and provides an open layout that works well for many event types. It can accommodate up to 120 seated guests or 200 standing attendees, making it suitable for conferences, shows, dances, yoga classes, parties, concerts, exhibitions and art galleries.

We provide useful event equipment to support your setup, including a big screen, projector, a 60-inch TV monitor, audio equipment, white board, piano, fridge and freezer, tables and chairs. This helps organisers create a practical and comfortable event experience with less extra preparation.

Location and access

The venue is located in Wong Chuk Hang and is about a 5-minute walk from Wong Chuk Hang MTR station. There are also more than 40 bus routes nearby, making access convenient for guests travelling from different parts of Hong Kong.
